Your body is more than cells and chemistry. It’s a living field of energy. Always pulsing, responsive, and deeply intelligent. Some call it the aura, others the biofield. Whatever the name, it’s part of you.

Within this field are energetic structures: chakras that acts like energy pools, refracting light, meridians that move energy like rivers, and a vertical column connecting Earth and Sky, to mention a few.

Universal energy flows through that central, vertical axis. As it moves through you, your beliefs, stories, and essence shape it into thought, emotion, and expression.

You are not separate from the light. You are the prism that bends it into being. And when the lens is clear, your full spectrum shines.

Layers and Structures of the Energy Body

Our energy bodies have many layers and structures. They have been explained through many ancient traditions, and recognized by energy practitioners who can perceive them.

Chakras

One of the most well-known structures is the Vedic chakra system — energy centers within the body where energy collects and circulates.
They are like small ponds or pools that bathe and fuel the nearby organs with their energy. Each chakra generates a toroidal field around its central axis, where energy is circulated and transported. Each chakra also contains vortexes that project energy outward. They govern the endocrine system and are little encyclopedias of who you are. They keep a record and imprint of every significant event in your life.

Meridians

Next are the meridians. They are rivers or streams of energy, feeding the pools. They transport energy around the body in an intricate network that keeps energy moving. We have 14 energy pathways that runs on the surface of the skin and deep into the body. They carry the lifedorce, and their flow can be influenced by your hands. They adjust metabolism and inform the speed of cellular change. They affect every physical system.

The Central Column/vertical axis

At the core of this system is the central column — our vertical axis, connecting the earth below and the sky above. Yin and Yang. Feminine and masculine. It is the original frequency — the axis mundi.

Not to be confused with the central channel, the shushumna.

This central column is the first to form in the embryo and often the last to remain intact in times of illness. The strength of the flow within the central column determines the size and vitality of the surrounding toroidal field.

The central column is the carrier of pure universal energy, source stream, cosmic consciousness, untapped potential. This unfiltered energy is the source of all creation flowing through us.

The Prism Effect

As energy streams into the column, it is refracted by each energy center and structure, and then that is interpreted through the lens of your: beliefs, gifts, ancestral stories, intentions, and experiences.

Just as a prism bends light, our energy bodies shape the flow of universal energy.

Through these centers, it splits into rainbow frequencies, expressing through thought, emotion, action, and presence.

This shift in perspective helps us recognize that our reality is a mirror, shaped by our internal energy and beliefs.

Living Prism

Our bodies are prisms, refracting light into a unique experiential expression. If there’s a distortion in the prism — dirt on the lens, a crack, or a chip — our life experience, emotional responses, and worldview become skewed, leading to confusion, disconnection, or imbalance.

The life you live is the rainbow projection.
The movie of your life is the interplay between pure universal consciousness and the unique geometry that is your energetic structure.

Healing and Alignment

Healing is not about seeking the light outside of us, but about clearing the distortions within our own prism. Alignment occurs when we allow the full spectrum of our true self to shine without obstruction. To awaken is to realize that you are not separate from the light; you are the prism through which it shines.
